Ingredients:
- 720g of Regular Tofu Unisoya
- 4 small shallots
- 1 cup of celery, chopped
- 1 carrot, chopped
- 2 tbsp chopped parsley
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp tumeric
- 1 pinch of thyme, basil & chervil
- Salt & Pepper to taste
- 1 tbsp onion powder
- 1 tbsp salted herbs
How to prepare:
Mix all ingredients with a fork. Serve on a bed of salad or as a sandwich spread with lettuce, tomatoes & cheese.
