History

The Beaulieu brothers grow nearly 400 acres of soybeans, Non-GMO and biological. Always concerned with quality, they have gone ahead with the organic and biodynamic agricultural practices in their fields.

The factory is equipped with latest technology machinery. The production of tofu is quite simple, but requires a lot of attention to detail at every stage of production. The soybeans are soaked for twelve hours, then crushed and cooked. Next there is separation of milk and pulp, the milk is coagulated and will be converted to tofu and the pulp is used for animal feed.
